Kitchen | Shift Supervisor
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply
- U.S work authorization
- At least 1 year of restaurant experience
Require Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations.
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests.
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortage.
- Monitor food cost.
- Assist with training on new hires.
- Must be available for day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays and have a flexible schedule.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, and continuously bend, reach and twist.
